JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a skilled Head Chef who is an expert in Authentic Bengali Cuisine for our cloud kitchen Bongo Baari . The chef will be responsible for preparing traditional Bengali dishes with great taste and quality. Responsibilities: Cook and manage all Bengali food items (both veg and non-veg). Maintain taste, hygiene, and food presentation. Manage kitchen staff (if any). Check ingredient quality and control food costs. Ensure timely preparation. Requirements: Must have experience in cooking Authentic Home Style Bengali dishes . Must maintain cleanliness and kitchen discipline. Preferably from a Bengali food background.
