We are hiring an experienced Cook for our Centralized Kitchen in Kochi . The cook will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of Non-Veg and South Indian dishes , maintaining taste, quality, and hygiene standards across all batches prepared for multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a full range of non-vegetarian dishes including biryani, chicken curries, gravies, and fried items. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Follow recipes and ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. Work closely with the kitchen supervisor to manage daily production schedules. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or catering kitchen. Strong knowledge of South Indian and Non-Veg cuisine . Ability to handle bulk cooking efficiently. Must be disciplined, punctual, and able to work in a team.
