We are looking for a creative and disciplined Head Chef to build and lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about flavour, ingredients, seasonality and presentation, and understands operations, costing, kitchen systems, hygiene and team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations with efficiency, speed and quality Develop seasonal menus and signature dishes aligned with Paloma’s coastal-Mediterranean concept Ensure consistency in taste, plating and kitchen standards Train and supervise kitchen team (CDPs, Commis, Baker, Prep cooks) Maintain food cost controls and reduce wastage Ensure HACCP hygiene and FSSAI compliance Manage vendor relationships & inventory planning Collaborate with founders on menu engineering and brand development Innovate weekly specials & chef tasting menus Build a positive and performance-driven kitchen culture
