Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Head Chef with expertise in Arabic cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of shawarma, alfahm, burgers, and other Arabic dishes. The Head Chef will be responsible for ensuring quality across all our outlets, managing the central kitchen, and overseeing recipe management and kitchen hygiene also BOH staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent quality of food across all Bektash outlets.
• Manage the central kitchen and oversee the preparation of dishes.
• Develop, manage, and update recipes in our inventory management software.
• Ensure strict hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
• Travel to all outlets to monitor quality and portioning.
• Identify and address leakages and inefficiencies in the inventory management system.
• Streamline processes and implement recipes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Work collaboratively with the existing team, fostering a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in Arabic cuisine.
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory as most kitchen staff speak Hindi.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to manage and implement new processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Nettoor, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
