Role Overview
Corporate Learning Academy
The incumbent will work closely with business and HR leadership to design, implement, and scale learning frameworks that strengthen organisational capability, enhance performance, and build a strong leadership pipeline aligned with our strategic growth priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Learning Leadership
- Define and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy in line with business objectives and people priorities.
- Lead the conceptualization and rollout of the
Corporate Learning Academy
as a centre of excellence for leadership, functional, and behavioural development. - Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future capability requirements and translate them into structured learning interventions.
- Drive the
digital learning transformation
agenda through the deployment of advanced learning platforms, LMS, and analytics for tracking effectiveness.
Learning Academy Design & Governance
- Design the architecture, governance framework, and curriculum roadmap for the Learning Academy.
- Develop structured learning journeys for different leadership and functional levelscovering front-line managers, technical experts, and high-potential talent.
- Collaborate with reputed academic institutions, global learning partners, and industry experts to design high-impact programs.
- Ensure strong alignment of learning interventions with the organization's competency framework, talent management, and succession planning processes.
Capability Development & Program Management
- Design and deliver leadership, behavioural, and technical development programs across all levels of the organization.
- Introduce customized learning solutions for functions such as Manufacturing, R&D, Sales, and Corporate teams.
- Establish learning effectiveness metrics and measure the impact of programs through adoption rates, feedback, and business outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through blended and self-driven learning initiatives.
Team and Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of L&D professionals and trainers.
- Work in close collaboration with Business HR, Functional Heads, and Business Leaders to co-create learning roadmaps that address capability gaps.
- Build and manage strong relationships with external learning partners, consultants, and technology service providers.
Candidate Profile
Education:
MBA / Master's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Learning from a reputed institution.Experience:
- 1825 years of rich experience in Learning & Development roles, with exposure to large, diversified organizationspreferably in
Pharmaceuticals
, Healthcare
, FMCG
, or other knowledge-driven industries
. - Proven experience in
setting up and institutionalizing a Corporate Learning Academy
or equivalent large-scale learning frameworks. - Demonstrated success in
designing and executing leadership development programs

, and digital learning transformation
