Job Description

Role & responsibilities :-

  • Responsible for Overall Company's Sales Targets.
  • Develop and manage the sales forecasts.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiations and secure significant deals with favorable terms that maximize the company's profitability.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new order opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long term relationship with clients ensuring the contract renewals.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Coordinating with Proposals department and Developing quotes for clients.
  • Support management in strategic planning by giving periodic inputs regarding the ground realities in the market and suggesting improvements.
  • Knowledge in understanding the manufacturing / fabrication drawings.
  • Strong communication skills and Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good exposure in ISO 9001-2015, ASME & ISO 140001 standards
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering / industrial engineering or in related field.
  • 15-20 Years of Experience in marketing of heat exchangers, pressure vessels especially in Exotic materials / fabrication equipment marketing background. Proven Track record of meeting sales targets.
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Digital marketing.
  • product business development at all over India exposure is preferred.
