As a Head - Analytics at HyFun, a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports to 40+ countries, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the IT Team based in Ahmedabad. Your responsibilities will include strategic leadership, data governance & architecture, advanced analytics & BI, team management, and stakeholder engagement. **Role Overview:** As the Head - Analytics, you will define and execute the organization's analytics roadmap in alignment with the CIO's vision. You will champion data-driven decision-making across business units to drive digital transformation and enhance business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. - Lead the development of dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics using enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP SAC. - Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Collaborate with senior leadership to identify analytics opportunities and translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience in enterprise BI tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SAP SAC etc.), SQL, Python/R, and cloud platforms. - Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and digital transformation. - Desired expertise in working within SAP S4Hanna environment.
