As an Analytics & Data Science professional at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Strategy Formulation & Execution: - Participate in the conceptualization of AI & Data Science strategy - Develop, execute, and sustain the strategy - Strive to build a practice and organizational culture around AI & Data Science - Manage & Enrich Big Data: - Work on Datawarehouse for sales, consumer data, manufacturing data, and all user attributes - Think of ways to enrich both structured and unstructured data - Engage with Data Engineering team on building, maintaining, and enhancing Data Lake/Warehouse in MS Azure Databricks (Cloud) - Consumer Insights & Campaign Analysis: - Drive adhoc analysis & regular insights from data - Generate insights to drive campaign performance - Support insights from consumer, loyalty, app, sales, and transactional data - Predictive Analytics & Advanced Data Science: - Build & maintain Predictive analytics AI/ML models for various use cases - Examples include product recommendations, lead scoring conversion, likely to churn prediction, etc. - Dashboarding: - Build, manage, and support various MIS/dashboards via Data Engineering/Visualization team - Utilize tools like Power BI dashboards and other visualization platforms In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in supporting AI/ML models for Sales Transformation, SCM, Marketing, and other domains. This may include tasks such as market mix modeling, retailer loyalty program optimization, and product placement strategies. Furthermore, you will work on Gen AI use cases, leveraging LLM Models and Agentic AI capabilities to solve business use cases such as chatbots for business users and consumers, service voice agents, and manufacturing use cases. Your role will also entail Data Engineering tasks such as building and supporting data engineering work to establish and maintain a best-in-class data infrastructure, data lake, and datamart on the cloud. This includes optimizing data architecture for efficient outputs in analytics areas such as data visualization, predictive ML Models, and Agentic AI. Overall, as part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and leveraging advanced analytics to support various business functions.,
