Head Analytics & AI

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the Analytics & Data Science initiatives within the organization. This role involves developing and executing AI & Data Science strategy, managing and enriching big data, engaging with the Data Engineering team, driving consumer insights and campaign analysis, and building and maintaining Predictive Analytics & Advanced Data Science models. Additionally, you will support AI/ML models for various domains such as SCM, Sales Op, Manufacturing, and Marketing, as well as work on Gen AI use cases and Data Engineering tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the conceptualization of AI & Data Science strategy, develop, execute, and sustain it - Manage and enrich big data by working on Datawarehouse for sales, consumer data, manufacturing data, and user attributes - Engage with Data Engineering team to build/maintain/enhance Data Lake/Warehouse in MS Azure Databricks (Cloud) - Prepare data, develop new attributes, and create Single View of consumers, Retailers/electricians, etc. - Drive adhoc analysis and generate insights from data to enhance campaign performance - Build a Gen AI powered Consumer Insights Factory and support insights from various data sources - Utilize Data mining/AI/ML to support campaigns and target audience identification - Develop and maintain Predictive analytics AI/ML models for use cases in Consumer Domain, CX, and Service - Build, manage, and support various MIS/dashboards via Data Engineering/Visualization team - Utilize Power BI dashboards and other visualization tools for reporting and analysis - Support AI/ML models for Sales Transformation, SCM, and Marketing Use Cases - Leverage LLM Models and Agentic AI capabilities to solve business use cases in various domains - Build and support all data engineering work to establish an efficient data infrastructure on the cloud - Optimize data architecture for efficient outputs on all analytics areas including data visualization, predictive ML Models, and Agentic AI - Integrate new data sources and data types, including unstructured data, into Databricks data lake Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline - Strong experience in Analytics & Data Science, including working with big data, AI/ML models, and data visualization tools - Proficiency in tools like MS Azure Databricks, Power BI, and other data engineering technologies - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insights from complex data sets - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in building and maintaining predictive analytics models and dashboards will be an added advantage,
