Job Description

Supervise academic counselling operations and mentor junior counsellors

Guide students on program selection, academic planning, and performance improvement

Address student queries and provide individualized academic support

Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for student services

Maintain and update accurate counselling and student progress records

Monitor team performance and ensure monthly/quarterly enrolment targets are met

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools
