HCM Functional Professional

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Must have at least 3 ORC Implementation experience with emphasis on Journeys and, ORC Application flows
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience configuring ORC to support these processes
• Proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions
• Must be able to lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules, with emphasis on HCM Core and ORC modules
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments
• Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows
• Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Certifications: Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
