Job Description


 Your Role 
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a  Technical Consultant .
  • Completed  at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations .
  • Strong understanding of  Oracle HCM Cloud database structure .
  • Extensive hands-on experience with
  •  BI Reports  
  •  Data Migration  
  •  Integrations  
  •  Workflows  
  • Technical knowledge of  Oracle HCM and Payroll  (Cloud & EBS).
  • DesirableFunctional understanding of Cloud HCM from a technical perspective.

    •  Your Profile 
  • Act as  Subject Matter Expert  for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects (MENA region).
  • Design, develop, test, and support technical components including
  • BI Reports, Integration, Data Migrations, Workflows, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts
  • Conduct  technical workshops  and engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering.
  • Perform  unit testing  and develop test plans for new or modified code.
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Requirements, Technical specifications, Training materials
  • Support and enhance existing customer solutions.
