Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Support Engineer located in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hardware support and troubleshooting technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing hardware problems, providing technical support to both internal and external clients, and ensuring optimal hardware performance. The candidate will also engage in routine maintenance and assist with inventory management of hardware components.

• Hardware Support and Hardware skills
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
