Hardware Service Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services. This includes diagnosing and fixing hardware issues like motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve software problems such as operating system errors and malware issues. It is crucial to perform system configurations and updates to ensure optimal performance. Installing, configuring, and upgrading laptop/desktop components and software will also be part of your duties. Regular preventive maintenance checks need to be conducted to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services - Diagnose and fix hardware issues such as motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements - Troubleshoot and resolve software problems including operating system errors and malware issues - Perform system configurations and updates for optimal performance - Install, configure, and upgrade laptop/desktop components and software - Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks for smooth system functioning Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of laptop repair experience Additional Details: This is a contractual/temporary position with a day shift schedule.
