Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Technical – CCTV & Smart TV)Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide quick and effective solutions to customers over phone calls through our call center. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to resolve issues on call. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and provide step-by-step solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to CCTV NVR software, computer hardware, and networking. Provide guidance on the usage and troubleshooting of Google TV and Smart TVs. Handle customers professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team when required. Maintain call logs, issues, and solutions for future reference. Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCTV NVR software. Good knowledge of computer hardware & networking. Familiarity with Google TV and Smart TV platforms. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
