Hardware & Network Engineer

Role Overview: As a Hardware & Network Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and managing various hardware and network systems. Your role will involve working with Microsoft Windows systems, PC hardware, internet connectivity, application programs, routers, servers, email functionalities, and more. Additionally, you will be required to have logical thinking for effective troubleshooting and communication skills to interact with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows systems including XP, Win7, Win8, Win 10, Linux, and Ubuntu - Set up and troubleshoot all types of PC hardware, both branded and assembled - Establish and troubleshoot internet connectivity on PCs and networks - Install various commonly used PC application programs - Set up and troubleshoot wired and wireless routers - Troubleshoot email-related functionalities, including Outlook - Understand and troubleshoot internet connection technologies and methods - Disinfect virus infections - Install and troubleshoot Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012 servers - Handle Tally Accounting Software installation and troubleshooting - Work on a Windows Domain-based network, including user account creation and access permission - Install and troubleshoot network printers - Perform network point I/O crimping, punching, LAN building, and network rack installation - Troubleshoot and configure entry-level firewalls - Manage various antivirus software with a centralized admin console - Communicate politely with customers - Use logical thinking for effective troubleshooting - Install and manage firewalls - Set up and manage Network Attached Storage (NAS) and configure RAID - Install and configure Video Conferencing Hardware - Troubleshoot and install CCTV & IP Camera systems Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Graduate in IT-related field - Certifications like CCNA, JNCIA, FCNSA, MCSA, MCSE are advantageous Additional Company Details: The company, RidhiTech India, operates in the IT-Hardware & Networking industry.
