The position of Sr. Web Designer requires a talented individual who can create exceptional user experiences through web design. The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for clean and artful design, along with superior skills in user interface design. Responsibilities include translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and then transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. The candidate should be proficient in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SAAS, LESS, media query, bug fixing, and WordPress. Moreover, the candidate must demonstrate excellent creativity, work well under tight deadlines in a team environment, possess strong communication skills, and have a proactive attitude towards giving feedback to enhance projects. Quick graphic skills and experience in team handling are also desired qualities.
