We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Female Preferred) to handle B2B communication with dealers and distributors. You will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining dealer relationships, and promoting our range of LED TVs and Digital Signage products across India. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing dealers/distributors. Explain product details, offers, and schemes over the phone. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing or past contacts. Convert inquiries into potential business opportunities. Maintain and update the database of dealers with proper follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Build strong relationships with channel partners. Share daily calling reports and progress updates. ✅ Requirements:Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English (Regional languages a plus). Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or dealer coordination (preferred). Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven attitude. Basic knowledge of electronics/LED TVs is an advantage.
