Job description

  • Excellent knowledge of Analog and Digital electronics.
  • Expert in Schematic & PCB designing using ALTIUM DESIGNER, Library Creation, Custom Symbol and Footprint Creation, Associating Symbol with Footprint, Interactive Routing, Setting Design Rules, Netlist creation, DRC check, Gerber Files, NC drill Files, BOM Generation…. etc.
  • Experience in Hardware & System design, Analog, Digital circuits using 8bit/16bit and 32-bit controller-based development by Arduino, PIC, arm cortex.
  • Very good understanding of communication interface like UART, I2C, SPI, RS-232 /RS485, CAN etc.
  • Experience in Arduino, STM32, GSM, WIFI, Bluetooth, IoT devices and different types of sensors and modules.
  • Hands-on experience in testing Embedded hardware boards and system level functionalities.
  • Assembling, Testing and Debugging of Boards, Maintaining prototype testing reports.
  • Good knowledge of Programming in C, C++ for ARM and ATMEGA Controllers.
  • Implement protection strategy against Heat, interference, EMI/ESD in the PCB design.
  • Hands on experience on test equipment like DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Logic analyzer, device programmer and soldering station etc.
  • Wired technology: SPI, I2C, RS232, RS485, USB,UART
  • Mixed signal design with MSP430, MAXIUM, RENASAS,STM32 etc
  • Interface module BLE, GPRS, LPRF, IRDA, IR, Optical
  • Power Supply: Buck, Boost converter, SMPS, Capacitive.
  • Product Level Testing: EMI / EMC CAD Design: Orcad
  • Design hardware 1phase and 3phase energy meters
  • Design production level easy to use testing jigs
  • Rework on sung yang test bench and maintain accuracy level

 CAD Design: Altium

 Working with Beaglebone baised hardware and software device implementation.

 Working on software for Error calculator (Beaglebone ) Optical probtester, mV reader etc

 Design cca level testing instruments(panther)

Education:- B-Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering)

Preferable only Electronic industry candidate. Minimum 7 years experience
