Job Description

Project lead/Tech lead -Electronics Job Description Handle hardware system design including end to end product development involving complex analog & digital circuit design with 16/32 /64-bit microcontroller/processor/FPGA based designs Collaborate with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers to successfully develop and validate the hardware designs Should be able to work on digital Communication protocols and high speed designs Ability to Analyse and predict design performance using Simulation tools, Analytical Skills . Lead discussions with suppliers / Manufacturing team on hardware / prototype development Collaborate with project manager for integration with overall project milestones, responsible to bring up issues and potential resolutions. Conduct technical reviews with technical experts/stakeholders Required Skills: Well versed in PCB design tools, Experience in Allegro ,Mentor Graphics Experience in Modeling, simulation, and analysis experience with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, PSIM tools Experience in Validation & debugging of embedded circuits. Experience in high-speed design Experience in EMI, EMC compliant designs Experience in SI /PI analysis Experience in quality management system Good documentation Skills ,QMS Process Knowledge of Design for excellence viz. DFT, DFM, DFA Desirable Skills: Embedded Programming in C/Awareness on different IDEs and tools Qualification: Graduation/Post graduation in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent
