Handset Repair Trainer

1. Diploma in Science / Electronics / Telecom / IT / related fields And  2 years industry experience in Handset Repairing 2. Graduate in Science / Electronics / Telecom / IT / related fields And  1 year industry experience in Handset Repairing 1. Strong knowledge of mobile hardware & software repairing. 2. Good communication and presentation skills. 3. Patience and ability to train students with varying levels of understanding. 4. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future technicians. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on mobile handset repair, covering both hardware and software. 2. Develop and deliver training materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations. 3. Provide hands-on guidance to students on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining smartphones and feature phones. 4. Ensure students gain industry-relevant skills and are ready for employment or entrepreneurship. 5. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and repair techniques in the mobile industry. 6. Assess student progress through tests, practical evaluations, and projects. 7. Maintain tools, lab equipment, and ensure a safe learning environment. 8. Provide feedback to the Skill Development Centre for continuous improvement of the training program.
