Key Responsibilities: • Provide a wide range of hair services including: • Men’s haircuts (classic and modern styles) • Beard trimming and shaping • Hair coloring, highlights, and treatments • Shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend appropriate styles or treatments • Keep up with industry trends and offer modern, fashionable styling techniques • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business • Upsell salon products and services • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns professionally Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a male hairdresser/barber • Excellent cutting, styling, and grooming techniques • Strong knowledge of hair types, textures, and scalp conditions • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Certification from a recognized hairdressing or cosmetology school (preferred) Preferred Attributes: • Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality • Time management and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail • Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and tools • Experience in client retention and upselling products
