Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair for clients of all ages and genders. You must have a passion for hairstyling, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stay updated with current trends. Key Responsibilities: Cut, style, and groom hair based on customer preferences and face shape. Perform hair coloring, highlights, straightening, and other chemical treatments. Provide consultations to clients on suitable hairstyles and treatments. Shampoo, condition, and treat hair before or after styling. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon, tools, and workstation. Suggest and upsell hair care products and services. Keep up with the latest hair trends, tools, and techniques. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build client relationships. Requirements: Proven experience as a hairdresser or hairstylist. Training or certification in hairdressing (preferred). Skilled in handling all hair types and both men's and women’s styles (if unisex). Good communication and interpersonal skills. A polite, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
