As a barber, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and scalp treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about grooming, knowledgeable about current styles and trends, and excels at delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional haircuts, fades, and other grooming services tailored to clients' preferences. • Perform hot towel shaves, beard grooming, and facial hair trims. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and the barbershop area. • Consult with clients to recommend haircuts and grooming styles. • Stay current with industry trends and techniques. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and client retention. • Handle payment transactions and appointment scheduling when needed. • Follow all health and safety regulations. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Barber or similar role. • Valid barber license or certification (as required by local/state law). • Proficiency in cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sense of style and attention to detail. • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with modern and classic haircut styles. • Knowledge of hair and skin care products. • Existing client base is a plus.
