The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in beauty treatments and customer care. She will be responsible for providing high-quality services and mentoring junior beauticians while maintaining hygiene and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional beauty services including: • Facials and skin treatments • Hair removal (waxing, threading, etc.) • Manicures and pedicures • Hair styling and treatments • Makeup application for various occasions • Body treatments like scrubs and massages (if applicable) • Evaluate clients’ skin and hair types to recommend appropriate treatments. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the salon and tools. • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products. • Handle appointment scheduling and manage client records when necessary. • Train and guide junior beauticians as needed. • Upsell salon products and services to clients based on their needs. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a beautician in a reputed salon or spa. • Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy from a recognized institute. • Excellent knowledge of beauty products, skin types, and safety procedures. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of bridal and party makeup. • Expertise in advanced skin treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels). • Familiarity with salon software and online appointment systems.
