Position: Branch / Clinic Manager

Job Summary :-

Lead hair patch (non-surgical hair replacement) operations, manage technicians, and boost segment performance in a busy cosmetic clinic. Focus on client delivery, team efficiency, and revenue to address urgent business needs.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Oversee daily hair patch fittings, customizations, maintenance sessions, and quality checks for 15+ clients.
• Supervise 4-6 technicians: training on patch techniques, inventory of patches/adhesives, rostering, and performance tracking.
• Achieve sales targets via consultations, upselling products/services, and 75% client retention.
  

Qualifications & Experience :-

10-12 years in hair patch/replacement or cosmetology; clinic ops experience in Delhi preferred.

Compensation :- 5.5-8 LPA

Office Timings

6 days working per weekNo weekly off on

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Working Hours:

9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
