We are seeking an energetic, certified, and motivational Gym Trainer to join our fitness team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct personalized training sessions for clients based on individual fitness levels and goals
Design and implement structured workout plans (strength, cardio, flexibility, weight loss, etc.)
Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating gym environment
Provide nutrition and lifestyle advice when appropriate
Conduct fitness assessments and body composition analysis
Lead group classes (optional depending on specialization)
Promote gym services, personal training packages, and membership benefits
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Certification from recognized fitness institutions
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
Strong knowledge of exercise science, training principles, and nutrition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
Good physical fitness and professional appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Preferred Skills

Experience with weight management or transformation programs
Group class instruction (HIIT, CrossFit, Yoga, Zumba, etc.)
Sales and client relationship management skills
Knowledge of fitness technology and tracking tools
