The Gym Sales Manager is responsible for generating new member leads, managing memberships, and improving client retention. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting outreach to potential clients, delivering personalized tours of the facility, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and ensuring all staff is trained and following company standards.
