Job Description

Role Overview: At PwC, as a Guidewire consulting generalist, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. Your role will involve applying in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope, in order to consistently deliver quality work that drives value for clients and contributes to team success. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements - Review estimates and suggest updates - Complete design and development in a timely fashion - Support testing processes and address client queries - Interface and communicate with the onsite team - Participate in scrum calls and provide status reports - Take part in CoE activities, trainings, and recruitments as required and interested - Possess a good understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and work - Experience in at least one of the operational areas: New Business, Policy Administration, Claims and Billing GW Policy Center BA/GW Rating BA/ GW Integration BA /GW DATA BA etc. - Must have experience in Integration and very good knowledge in Personal or Commercial Lines of business to a particular geography / multiple geographies - Exposure in Guidewire Product Full Suite or CC/PC/BC, experience on Standard Base Templates of Guidewire product will be an added advantage - Experience in Analysis, Requirement gathering, Elicitation, and Testing - Willingness to undertake frequent travels - short term or long term across the globe - Develop high impact presentations for internal and external customers - Conduct walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings involving various business stakeholders - Build and maintain client relationships and comfortably converse with all facets in the client's organization - Contribute to Insurance CoE in driving RFI/RFP and other proposal activities, building knowledge capsules and training decks, and imparting training - Evaluate solutions from a holistic and business value perspective - Exposure/Experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology Qualification Required: - Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MS/MCA/MBA - Bachelor's Degree - 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required - 10 years of experience preferred - Proficiency in Property & Casualty Insurance domain - Skill in Guidewire Product Suite - Experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology - Competent solution evaluation skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Experience in developing impactful presentations - Eagerness to undertake frequent global travel - Contribution to Insurance CoE and training initiatives,
