Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in Udaipur. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Daily tasks include handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. The role requires outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Services and Guest Relations to provide exceptional hospitality
• Customer Service skills to address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
• Proficiency in handling Reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with guests and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
