Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate at SATTARA Veg Cafe, located in Kozhikode. The Guest Service Associate will engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and positive dining experience, assist with reservations, address customer inquiries, and provide prompt and courteous service. Responsibilities also include resolving guest concerns and contributing to creating a warm and accommodating restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Strong Customer Service and Reservation management skills
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests and colleagues
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Prior hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of food service operations and safety standards is advantageous
