Guest Service Associate

We are pleased to announce a vacancy at ROYAL REGENCY for the position of Guest Associate Service at our hotel. We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and well-mannered individual to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our guests and hotel staff.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies as per hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities
• Clean public areas such as corridors, lobbies, staircases, and restrooms
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor immediately
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and hygiene
• Handle guest requests politely and promptly
• Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping pantry and trolleys
• Follow hotel safety, security, and grooming standards

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties

Willingness to work in shifts

Experience: 1 to 3year (Based on Experience )
