Guest Service Associate

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and trouble-free. You will handle various guest services, including reservations, check-ins, and resolving any issues that arise to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Provide guests with information about the facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Ensure the lobby and other guest areas are clean and well presented.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging situations with tact.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
