Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service Associate role, based in Hisar. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a delightful guest experience. The role involves facilitating communication between various hotel departments to meet guest needs, maintaining accurate records, and upholding the company's service standards. Collaborating with team members to address guest concerns in a prompt and friendly manner is a key responsibility of this position.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to promptly address guest inquiries and provide high-quality service.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to handle guest requests and ensure an excellent hospitality experience.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently manage guest transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs, a proactive attitude, and a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Prior hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
