Guest Service Associate Housekeeping

As a Housekeeping & Laundry associate at Indore Marriott Hotel, your role involves responding promptly to guest requests and department needs. Your responsibilities include: - Filling carts with supplies and transporting them to assigned areas - Entering guest rooms following access procedures and ensuring vacancy before entry - Replacing guest amenities, supplies, linens, and terry with clean items - Making beds, folding terry, and cleaning bathrooms - Removing trash, dirty linen, and room service items - Checking room appliances for presence and working order - Straightening desk items, furniture, and appliances - Dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings - Vacuuming carpets and performing floor care duties In this role, you are expected to follow company and safety policies, report maintenance problems, and complete safety training. You should maintain a clean and professional appearance, welcome guests according to company standards, and assist individuals with disabilities. Additionally, you will support the team in achieving common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards.
