Job Title: Guest Service Associate – Front Office Receptionist -MALE & FEMALE

Reports To: Front Office Manager / Duty Manager Employment Type: Full-Time

FOOD & STAY PROVIDED / Air Travel Ticket Paid One Way after completiion of 1 year , both ways can be considered.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., IDS, Opera, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using the PMS system
• Manage room assignments and reservations, ensuring accuracy and guest preferences
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with prompt resolution
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure all materials are up to date
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Upsell resort services and amenities to enhance guest experience
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to safety protocols
