Guest Service Associate

We are seeking a poised, personable, and highly professional Guest Service / Guest Relations Associate to join our team , a dining establishment known for its impeccable service and exceptional cuisine. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and sophisticated first impression
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and proactively communicate estimated wait times to guests
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion, empathy, and efficiency
• Coordinate with hosts, servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support administrative and front-of-house tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished appearance and professional demeanour
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• College Degree is a plus.
