Job Description: General Services Associate (GSA) – Front Office Location: Baywatch Resort, Goa Position Type: Full-Time About Baywatch Resort: Baywatch Resort is a leading hospitality destination, dedicated to providing a superior guest experience. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive General Services Associate (GSA) to join our Front Office team. Job Summary: As a General Services Associate in the Front Office, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily resort activities. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with inquiries, check-ins, and various services during their stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a welcoming and friendly attitude. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in an efficient and courteous manner. Respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information about the resort’s facilities, amenities, and services. Assist with guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform clerical duties such as maintaining guest records, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence. Maintain knowledge of resort policies and procedures to provide accurate information and address guest concerns. Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-maintained at all times. Process reservations and cancellations as needed, keeping the front office running smoothly. Assist in handling billing and payment procedures for guests. Provide support in coordinating group arrivals, special requests, and other events. Support the overall guest experience by assisting with any other tasks or needs as they arise. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (some college education is a plus). Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
