Job Description: As a Guest Service Associate at Amadora Ice Cream, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service, love working in fast-paced environments, and have prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Your primary responsibilities will include taking customer orders, serving ice cream, ensuring store cleanliness, and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in our stores. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Take customer orders, manage payments, and serve ice cream with efficiency and attention to detail. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including sanitizing work areas and equipment. Handle customer queries and provide information on flavors, products, and store promotions. Ensure that the store is always well-stocked with products and supplies. Support your team in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
