Job Description

As a Receptionist/Front Office Executive at Integrated Facilities Management Work Dynamics (APAC/India), you will be serving on the front lines of customer service. Your primary responsibility will be managing the front desk and providing a warm welcome to visitors and guiding them as well as our employees. Your professionalism and politeness in handling incoming and outgoing calls are crucial to ensure a positive first impression of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome visitors and guide them through the office - Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution - Maintain and improve the front office appearance - Update records and database including telephone registers, call tracking, and client contacts - Perform general admin activities and help desk tasks - Contribute to the monthly management report for the client - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures - Develop policies and procedures for all reception functions - Manage conference rooms, events, flower arrangement coordination, and other tasks as needed Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline - 1 to 5 years of experience in front desk management or reception - Proven experience in continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting - Familiarity with occupational safety requirements - Strong computer literacy - Ability to manage activities using different systems To excel in this role, you need to have a strong customer service focus with exceptional people skills to interact with a wide range of client staff.
