Guest Relations

As a Guest Relations Executive in our Front Office/Customer Service/Guest Relations department in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to provide a friendly, professional, and customer-focused experience to our guests. You will play a crucial role in managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and fostering a warm and positive environment that aligns with our service standards. Your key responsibilities will include promptly greeting and welcoming guests, handling feedback and complaints with courtesy and efficiency, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, maintaining updated guest records and preferences, promoting services and special offers, making appointments and reservations as requested, and ensuring the reception or guest area's appearance and cleanliness are well-maintained. It will also be essential to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3-7 years of experience in customer service, front office, or guest relations roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office and front-desk or CRM systems, and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally are essential requirements. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Preferred qualities for this role include a well-groomed and professional appearance, high emotional intelligence, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or healthcare sectors.
