The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for all guests. The role involves welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with various departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with check-in/check-out processes if needed. Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and resolving issues proactively. Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled. Collect guest feedback and relay it to management for continuous improvement. Prepare reports on guest interactions, feedback, and recurring issues. Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and grooming standards. Promote a positive company image through professional appearance and behavior. Requirements: Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles (1-3 years preferred). Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently. Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (if applicable). Multilingual abilities are a plus.
