Job Description

A Guest Relation Manager (GRM) is responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. They act as the bridge between the guests and the management, addressing concerns, providing assistance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

job role:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, F&B, front office, etc.) to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
  • Oversee VIP and special guest arrangements.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and reviews.
  • Train and supervise guest relation executives/assistants.
  • Ensure company service standards and hospitality protocols are followed.
  • Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
