1.Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, visitors, and VIPs entering the facility.2.Manage visitor registration, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.3.Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other facility teams to meet guest requirements.4.Address guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.5.Organize and facilitate site visits, meetings, and events as per client requirements.6.Maintain records and prepare reports related to guest services and visitor statistics.7.Train and supervise reception and front desk staff to ensure excellent guest handling.8.Liaise with client representatives and internal departments for smooth guest experience.Qualifications:1.Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.2.Minimum 5+ years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles, ideally in facility management or corporate settings.3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.5.Proficient in MS Office and visitor management software.6.Ability to manage difficult situations professionally and maintain a calm demeanor.
