Key Responsibilities:

2. *Sales and Upselling*: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, upsell services, and promote offerings to enhance revenue.
3. *Guest Interactions*: Build rapport with guests, understand preferences, and provide personalized services for enhanced satisfaction.
4. *Issue Resolution*: Handle guest issues effectively, ensuring resolution and high satisfaction levels.
5. *Collaboration*: Work with internal teams like front office, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
6. *Feedback Collection*: Gather guest feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance service standards.

1. *Education*: Graduation mandatory in any field.
2. *Experience*: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (0-3 years of experience).
3. *Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage.
4. *Interpersonal Skills*: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
5. *Customer Service Orientation*: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
6. *Sales Aptitude*: Ability to identify sales opportunities and promote services.
