Role Description The Guest Relations Executive at Gnosis Hospitality plays a crucial role in welcoming and interacting with guests, managing their reservations and requirements, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This full-time on-site role is located in Jamnagar and requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills A positive and enthusiastic attitude Fluency in English and Hindi (both oral and written) A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
