Guest Relations Executive

We are looking for a smart and courteous Guest Relations Executive to manage the front desk and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and visitors. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing bookings, answering phone calls, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
• Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Maintain front desk records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
• Handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and front desk systems (PMS knowledge is a plus)
• Pleasant personality and a customer-first attitude
• Minimum qualification: Any degree in Bachelor or Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
