Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through the project details, floor plans, pricing, and amenities.
• Assist the sales team by coordinating client visits, site tours, and presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s projects, offers, and market trends.
• Handle customer inquiries over phone, email, and in-person with prompt follow-up.
• Maintain a visitor log, feedback records, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with other departments (sales, admin, site team) for smooth client experience.
• Manage front office operations including reception, client hospitality, and cleanliness.
• Support in organizing marketing/sales events and project launches.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline. Hospitality or Real Estate background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Kannada, Hindi).
• Presentable, customer-oriented, and confident.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (with a weekday off).
