Job Description

Position- Guest Service Executive
Exp- 2y Location - Mohali Ctc- As per industry Guest Services:Greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, escorting them to their rooms, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Complaint Resolution:Effectively handling and addressing guest complaints and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. VIP Management:Overseeing VIP guests, managing their arrivals and departures, and completing pre-registration formalities. Communication:Serving as a liaison between guests and staff, ensuring clear and prompt communication. Coordination:Working with other departments, such as housekeeping, to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations. Record Keeping:Maintaining guest records, feedback, and reports for administrative and service improvement purposes. Problem-Solving:Utilizing excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
