Role Overview:

We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to be the face of our Inej Executive Lounge in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, assist guests with their needs, and ensure a seamless hospitality experience that reflects our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude
• Assist guests with lounge services, seating, and F&B guidance
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures for lounge access
• Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and empathy
• Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
• Maintain guest records, prepare reports, and share feedback with management
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality protocols
• Support in promotional/marketing activities inside the lounge

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Customer Service
• 1–3 years of experience as GRE/front office/guest service in hospitality or aviation
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of Marathi preferred)
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced lounge environment
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Location: Vadodara – Inej Executive Lounge

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Shift-Based)

Salary: Competitive + Benefits + Incentives
